A: Yes, you can access your account via www.factc.com. To set up online viewing, please send an email containing your account number(s) to jmorello@factc.com and you will receive back a confirmation email containing your username and password as well as instructions on getting started. Q: Who is Ridge Clearing?
A: As a broker/dealer, First American cannot clear your trades or custody your assets in house. We use Ridge as our clearing firm to perform these duties. Q: How do I deposit funds into my account at First American?
A: You can deposit funds into your account via check or wire transfer (additional paperwork required for wire transfer). All checks must be made out to Ridge Clearing and Outsourcing with your account number referenced in the memo area. Checks must be sent to:

Q: Can I deposit funds in foreign currencies?
A: Yes you can but you will require different wire instructions depending on the currency. Please refer to the chart below for specific instructions.

Q: How do I withdraw funds from my brokerage account?
A: You can request a check to be sent to your address of record or a wire transfer to be made directly to your bank. Please note that all wire transfers must be to a same name like account. Pursuant to industry Anti-Money Laundering Rules, we do not make third party wire transfers.
