the market transparency of our clients orders. Our clients have the ability to directly route
order flow from their preferred terminal mainframes directly
to our trading desk. This solution creates a completely transparent
marketplace for our clients from order-entry to execution.
In addition, First American can "soft-dollar" various order-entry
systems to enhance our clients' visibility into the execution
of their order flow providing a seamless solution for financial
institutions to manage their business.
Equities. Our order room is staffed with seasoned professional
traders committed to your needs. They are supported by a network
of Super DOT machines, Nasdaq workstations, and ECN terminals.
First American's trading desk is available to provide the best executions
available for your equity orders.
Fixed Income. You will have access to our institutional bond
desks, which trade virtually every type of fixed income security.
This includes corporate, government, high yield, emerging
markets, as well as municipal debt. Our expertise enables
clients to buy, sell and hedge securities across the entire

Prime Broker Services. First American's prime broker services allow
you to direct commission dollars by executing away from First American,
while easing your record keeping and reconciliation issues
by having only one custodian. We provide you with automated

mutual funds. Over 600 funds are available through a no-transaction
fee program. Through this program clients can buy, sell and
