1)	An institutional book of business, with the ability to build on it;
2)	The securities industry Series 7 and 63 licenses; Series 55 for Sales Traders
3)	An in depth knowledge base of institutional order executions and allocations; and
4)	A clean U-4 with no formal disciplinary history.
